Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. One-Time Services
For custom development, consulting, or other one-time services, work is typically delivered in milestones. Refunds are considered only for undelivered work—i.e. fees paid for milestones or deliverables that have not been completed or provided. Once work has been delivered and accepted, fees for that work are non-refundable.
2. Subscriptions
You may cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you retain access until the end of your current billing period. We do not provide prorated refunds for partial billing periods; no refunds are issued for the remaining time in a period already paid for.
3. Disputes & Contact
If you believe you are entitled to a refund under this policy, or have a dispute about a charge, please contact us at support@auria-tech.com. We will review your request and respond in a reasonable time.
